LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY FOR WEBSITE AND BRANDING
It was wonderful to be commissioned to undertake some lifestyle and branding photography for the launch of The Hearing Suite in Harrogate. The Hearing Suite is an independent hearing clinic led by expert audiologist Emily Balmer. Working in collaboration with brand and web design consultancy NIMA the shoot focused on several key lifestyle scenarios to represent the impact of hearing loss across different age groups.
At this point of start up businesses often fall back on stock photography particularly when it comes to lifestyle messages. As Emily’s website showcases it can make the world of different to the look at feel of a site when bespoke photography is chosen over stock. Stock can of course tick the box when it comes to a specific location or high budget scenario but the compromise can be wooden images which scream staged rather than natural.
We also completed a series of branding portrait for Emily as part of this session. These portraits were taken on location in Harrogate and have a lovely relaxed feel. I love the choice of colours Emily opted for her in her wardrobe choices.
