HOTEL INTERIORS PHOTOGRAPHY
Grays Court in York
It was great to be back at Grays Court in York last week. I was there to take some images of their new Somerset Room. I’m putting a strong case forward that this has got to be one of the best hotel views in the city of York! The bedroom window looks out onto the Minster gardens with amazing views of York Minster itself. The finish is typical of the Grays Court style with a careful balance between contemporary design and original features.
I’m a total Tudor geek so I love the history of Grays Court. This particular room was named after Edward Seymour, Duke of Somerset who was given the house by Edward VI.
Do pay a visit to the Grays Court website to find out more about this beautiful hotel.
