Pete & Fran at The Cheerful Chilli

 

I am determined to get through all my blogs in waiting in January!  I still have so many wonderful weddings to share from 2015.  Bear with me!

Pete and Fran tied the knot at The Cheerful Chilli which is tucked away in the Chevin woods above Otley.  It’s a gem of a venue and has a unique feel.  It perfectly suited the low key relaxed vibe that Pete & Fran were so keen to bring to their day.  In addition to the gorgeous barn where both ceremony and wedding breakfast were held they also added in a fab yurt from Yorkshire Yurts.  Decked out with hay bales and twinkly lights it was a great chill out area and was the setting for the evening reception.

The day was pulled together by the super lovely and talented Charlotte Miller at Eden & Eve.  Charlotte also managed proceedings on the day.  The decorations were stunning and followed a vintage theme.  The Cheerful Chilli is a vegetarian tea rooms / restaurant when not running weddings and guests were treated to some amazing food.

I started the day with coverage of the ceremony which had a more intimate guest list of immediate family.  Photography then followed the arrival of friends for the drinks reception later in the afternoon and carried on through to speeches and first dance.  There was some beautiful light to end off the day with.
